Unwrap your Frozen T-Shirt & Put It On Faster Than Other Teams!  Winners receive a $40 Gift Card from Blainbrook Entertainment Center or Maxx Bar & Grill.

• 2-Person Team
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be under the Big Top at least 15 minutes before contest starts
• Only body heat is allowed to thaw or loosen the t-shirt
• No liquid allowed in the contest area – that includes water or drinks of any kind
• No heating elements, no heated undergarments, no heating pads and no heating pouches are allowed
• No exposure of undergarments is allowed
• No use of a pocket knife, fork, vehicle keys or any other objects on the t-shirt
• No one is allowed to leave the contest area once the contest has begun
• Use only you and your teammate’s body heat ONLY to thaw the t-shirt
• Anyone caught pouring anything on the t-shirt, getting assistance from anyone other than teammate or walking away from the contest area will be disqualified
• Breaking of any of the rules is automatic disqualification
• It there is a tie, it is up to the judges as to how to break the tie
• All decisions of the judges are final
• Rules may be subject to change and will be announced at the beginning of the contest
• The Blaine Festival is not responsible for any type of injury during the contest
• Participation is at your own risk
• Participants are expected to be responsible
• Keep track of all your personal items during the contest
• The Blaine Festival is not responsible for lost or stolen items
• You may choose to register at the Information Tent adjacent to the Big Top
