The following information needs to be available for entry and upload during the online application process.

  • Initial Sales Date
  • All Sales Completed by Date

The following documents need to be available for upload during the online application process. Please note, all documents need to be in a PDF format.

  • Floor Plan including:
    • Fireworks Display and Storage Designation
    • Comprehensive List of Fireworks Documenting:
      • Name
      • Weight
      • Quantity
      • Material Safety Data Sheets
  • Letter of Permission
    The letter shall grant the legally responsible applicant permission to use identified property for sale of fireworks. 

Permit fees are payable online during the application process, please have payment information ready.
